Terms of Service
Contract
A binding contract with Every Blind Online will only be established once full payment for the goods has been received from you. Orders placed on the Every Blind Online website can only be processed upon receipt of full payment for the ordered goods. Payment can be made securely online using major credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal. Your payment card details will be encrypted to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. Payment authorization must be provided at the time of ordering, and charges will be applied at the point of order. Our liability to you regarding any order shall not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
Price
The price you pay is as displayed at checkout and confirmed in your email confirmation. All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST), and the total price indicated is the final amount you will be charged. Prices listed on our online store are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Stock Shortages
We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:
1. Insufficient stock is available to manufacture and deliver the goods ordered.
2. The delivery location (such as an island or certain countries) is not within our delivery zone.
3. The goods ordered have been discontinued without our prior knowledge.
4. A pricing or typing error occurred due to system failures within our database or website.
Product Descriptions and Measurements
A) Descriptions and Photography
The products displayed on our website are either photographed or digitally produced to accurately represent their appearance. However, variations in shading and color may occur due to different types, styles, and settings of computer monitors. We strongly recommend requesting a free sample before placing your order to ensure satisfaction with the color and quality. While we strive to ensure that the delivered goods match any sample or description provided, minor variations or changes in color or pattern do not entitle you to reject the goods or claim compensation.
B) Measurements
Many of our products are custom-made to your specified dimensions. It is your responsibility to provide accurate measurements for your windows. If you are unsure about any products or measuring procedures, please contact our customer services team for assistance before placing your order or consult our online measuring guide. You must carefully review the product details and measurements provided before placing your order online or by phone, and confirm via email. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for goods if incorrect measurements were provided, as custom-made items cannot be resold. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if measurements taken from building plans differ from the actual window measurements.
C) Made to Measure Products
Products made to your specific measurements are custom-made and cannot be cancelled or returned once production begins. It is crucial that you are confident in your choice of product and size. We strongly advise utilizing our free sample service before placing an order. Elegance Blinds PTY LTD cannot be held responsible if you are dissatisfied with the color or quality of the product. Please review your order carefully to ensure accuracy in products ordered and measurements taken.
Defective Goods
Every Blind Online offers a 5-year warranty on manufacturing faults across all of our blinds. We reserve the right to either repair or replace defective products. Goods may need to be returned to us for inspection as per Consumer Guarantee guidelines before a replacement is dispatched.
