Delivery of Your Goods

Every Blind Online will deliver your goods to the address specified on your order form. Orders will be dispatched promptly upon completion. You will receive an Order Status update email to track your delivery ETA. Deliveries are scheduled for Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. Please note that Every Blind Online utilizes external freight companies for deliveries, and we cannot be held liable for any delays occurring after the goods have left our premises. While we make every effort to meet the specified delivery date on your order confirmation, we rely on the schedule provided to us by the freight company.

Delivery Instructions and Responsibility

By default, all orders will be authorized for delivery without requiring a signature, unless specific instructions are provided to the courier company. If you anticipate being unavailable to receive the delivery and wish to make alternative arrangements, please indicate your instructions in the special instructions section on the order page (e.g., request the driver to leave the package on the front porch).

Please be aware that we do not accept responsibility for orders left unattended at your address. By selecting this delivery option, you acknowledge full responsibility for receipt of the order once it is dropped off by the courier.

Every Blind Online will not assume liability for any damage to or loss of goods if the delivery location is unattended at the time of delivery, regardless of the circumstances.
