Return Policy

Cancelling Prior to Manufacture

Our products are custom-made, and manufacturing begins promptly. You may only cancel or modify your order by contacting us on the next business day (Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM) following your order placement. Once manufacturing starts, cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated.

Refunding Your Payment

If you need to cancel your order within the 24-hour window from placing it, funds will be refunded to your bank account or credit card within 7 days of notification. Please note, it may take a few additional days for the refunded amount to appear in your account due to interbank transfer processes, for which we cannot be held responsible.

Cancelling After Manufacture

Orders for goods that are custom-made, measured, or manufactured to your specifications cannot be cancelled or altered once production has begun. These items are not re-sellable to us once produced. If you wish to make changes or cancel your order after it has been accepted and entered into our manufacturing process, please contact us immediately via email or our telephone 1800 243 242. We will make every effort to assist you but can not guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel your order.
